Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a general score of 78.7, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G6's overall score of 72.1. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro design is just a little bit thinner than the Motorola Moto G6, although it is just a little heavier and was released just 15 months before. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro counts with a bit faster CPU than Motorola Moto G6, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate 9 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 9 Pro features a bit better looking screen than Moto G6, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a greater pixel number in each inch in the screen. The Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a much better memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G6, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal memory.
The Huawei Mate 9 Pro features improved battery performance than Moto G6, because it has a 33 percent bigger battery size. The Moto G6 features just a bit better camera than Huawei Mate 9 Pro, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a back-facing camera with a 12 MP resolution and the same video frame rate, the Moto G6 also has a larger sensor which provides a higher image and video quality and a bigger diafragm aperture for better photography in low-light situations.
Although Huawei Mate 9 Pro is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G6. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Moto G6, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
