Moto G9 Play is a little bit better than the Motorola Moto G6, having a general score of 76.7 against 72.1. The Moto G9 Play body is a lot newer, but somewhat heavier and a bit thicker than the Motorola Moto G6. Moto G6 counts with a better looking display than Moto G9 Play, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels.
The Moto G9 Play has much more memory capacity for applications and games than Moto G6, because it has 32 GB more internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Moto G9 Play features a bit faster processor than Moto G6, and although they both have 8 cores, the Moto G9 Play also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Moto G9 Play takes much better videos and photos than Moto G6, and although they both have the same video definition, the Moto G9 Play also has a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution camera, better video frame rate, a bigger camera aperture to capture better photos in low-light environments and a way larger camera sensor.
Moto G9 Play has a superior battery lifetime than Moto G6, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
