Samsung Galaxy M33 is slightly better than Motorola Moto G60s, with a overall score of 86.3 against 79.9. The Samsung Galaxy M33 is a just a little thinner and a little bit lighter device than the Motorola Moto G60s. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M33 has a more recent 12 version and Motorola Moto G60s has Android 11.
