Sony Xperia 1 III is much better than the Motorola Moto G60s, with a overall score of 93.3 against 79.9. Sony Xperia 1 III's construction is thinner and somewhat lighter than the Motorola Moto G60s. These devices have the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
The Sony Xperia 1 III features a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G60s, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Sony Xperia 1 III also has a larger amount of RAM.
