Both of these phones come with Android OS, but the Moto G60s has newer 11 version and Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version, providing a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. Even being the best in our current comparison, Moto G60s's construction is extremely heavier and much thicker than the Xperia Z5.

Sony Xperia Z5 has a more vivid screen than Moto G60s, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a bit better pixel density. Moto G60s counts with a very superior memory capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z5, because it has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1 TB and 128 GB internal storage capacity.

The Sony Xperia Z5 has a little better hardware performance than Moto G60s, because although it has lesser RAM memory, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia Z5 also counts with a graphics co-processor.
