The Xiaomi 14T is just a bit better than Moto G60s, with an 83.7 score against 79.9. The Xiaomi 14T is a somewhat thinner and a bit lighter phone than the Moto G60s. These devices include Android OS, but the Xiaomi 14T has newer 14 version while Moto G60s has Android 11 version, providing you a lot of extra features and performance tweaks.
The Motorola Moto G60s features a much better performing processing unit than Xiaomi 14T, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
