Moto Z2 Play is a bit better than the Moto G7 Play, having a overall score of 77.4 against 70.9. The Moto Z2 Play design is somewhat lighter and notably thinner than Moto G7 Play, although it was released around a year before. Motorola Moto Z2 Play counts with a bit better performance than Moto G7 Play, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Moto Z2 Play also has more RAM memory.
The Motorola Moto Z2 Play has a little bit better display than Moto G7 Play, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher screen density and a better resolution of 1080 x 1920px. Moto G7 Play takes slightly better videos and photos than Moto Z2 Play, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for low-light photos and videos, and they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Moto G7 Play also counts with a camera with a better resolution.
Moto Z2 Play counts with a much greater memory to install applications and games than Motorola Moto G7 Play, because it has more internal storage capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Moto Z2 Play's battery duration is just as good as the Motorola Moto G7 Play one.
The Motorola Moto Z2 Play costs a little more money than the Motorola Moto G7 Play, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a much better phone for that extra money.
