The LG V60 ThinQ is better than Moto G7 Plus, having a score of 87.6 against 76.1. LG V60 ThinQ is a newer phone than the Moto G7 Plus, but it's heavier and a bit thicker. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG V60 ThinQ has a newer 11 version while Moto G7 Plus has Android 10, giving you a couple nice extra features.

LG V60 ThinQ features a way better battery performance than Moto G7 Plus, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
