Comparison review

Xiaomi Black Shark is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7 Plus, getting a score of 80.4 against 76.1. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but Xiaomi Black Shark has newer 9.0 Pie version while Motorola Moto G7 Plus has Android 10, so it offers some additional features and performance improvements. Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Xiaomi Black Shark's construction is older, a little heavier and just a little bit thicker than Motorola Moto G7 Plus.

The Xiaomi Black Shark counts with just a little better hardware performance than Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Black Shark features a little bit better looking display than Moto G7 Plus, although it has a little smaller display, a bit worse quantity of pixels per screen inch and a quite lower 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.

Moto G7 Plus takes just a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Black Shark, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rate, the Moto G7 Plus also has a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos, a much better 16 MP resolution back-facing camera and a larger camera sensor which offers a higher image and video quality.

Motorola Moto G7 Plus features a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Black Shark counts with longer battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, because it has a 33 percent greater battery capacity.
