Huawei P Smart (2020) is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7 Power, getting a general score of 77.5 against 72.6. The Huawei P Smart (2020) construction is newer, thinner and somewhat lighter than the Motorola Moto G7 Power. Both of these devices come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
The Huawei P Smart (2020) has a much better display than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei P Smart (2020) also has a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2340 and a greater pixel quantity in each inch in the display.
