Comparison review
The Huawei P30 Lite has a global score of 77, which is a bit better than Moto G7 Power's 72.6 overall score. Both phones in this review come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so both should count with very similar OS features. Even when the Huawei P30 Lite and Moto G7 Power were released with only 2 months difference, the Huawei P30 Lite is extremely thinner and lighter.
The Huawei P30 Lite has a little better performance than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Huawei P30 Lite has a much better display than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a better number of pixels per inch of screen and a way higher 1080 x 2312 resolution.
The Huawei P30 Lite has a lot bigger memory to store more games and applications than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB, the Huawei P30 Lite also has 96 GB more internal storage. The Moto G7 Power features a much better battery life than Huawei P30 Lite, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 3340mAh.
The Moto G7 Power captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light images and video, a way smaller back camera sensor which provides a lot worse image and video quality and a much less mega-pixels resolution back camera, it also counts with a lot better video definition.
Although Huawei P30 Lite is a better device, it costs a lot more than Moto G7 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G7 Power. If you are trying to save some money, you can get Moto G7 Power, giving up a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most out of your money.
