The Motorola Edge 40 Neo is a bit better than the Moto G7 Power, with a global score of 77 against 72.6. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo construction is notably newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Moto G7 Power. These phones use Android operating system, but Motorola Edge 40 Neo has older 13 version while Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie.

Motorola Edge 40 Neo counts with a much better looking screen than Moto G7 Power, because it has a little larger display, a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a better number of pixels per inch in the display. The Motorola Edge 40 Neo features a lot better camera than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a way higher resolution back facing camera, a bigger aperture to take better captures and videos in low-light situations and a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
