Motorola Moto G7 Power is a little bit better than the Moto G4 Plus, getting a overall score of 72.6 against 72.1. The Motorola Moto G7 Power design is much newer and just a bit thinner than the Moto G4 Plus's, but it is also much heavier. Motorola Moto G4 Plus counts with a bit more vivid display than Moto G7 Power, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a greater screen density and a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px.
The Motorola Moto G7 Power has a bit faster processor than Moto G4 Plus, although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Motorola Moto G7 Power takes slightly better photographs and videos than Moto G4 Plus, because although it has a camera with a way lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, and they both have a F2 camera aperture, the Motorola Moto G7 Power also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality.
Motorola Moto G4 Plus features just a bit more memory for apps and games than Moto G7 Power, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 384 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage. The Moto G7 Power features a very superior battery life than Motorola Moto G4 Plus, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
Although Motorola Moto G7 Power is a better device, it costs a little more than the Moto G4 Plus, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G4 Plus. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola Moto G7 Power, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G4 Plus, letting go some features and specs.
