The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is a lot better than the Moto G7 Power's 72.6 score. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version and Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is newer and just a bit thinner than Moto G7 Power's, but it's also heavier.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a little better performance than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also has a larger amount of RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a more vivid screen than Motorola Moto G7 Power, because it has a way better quantity of pixels per inch in the display, a lot better 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution and a bit bigger screen.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G's battery life is just as good as the battery life in Motorola Moto G7 Power.

Although Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G7 Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto G7 Power. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G7 Power, resigning some features and specs.
