Comparison review

Galaxy S7 edge has a global score of 78.1, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7 Power's 72.6 general score. Despite of the fact that Galaxy S7 edge is notably older than the Motorola Moto G7 Power, it's design is somewhat thinner and lighter. Both phones in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S7 edge has the older 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version.

The Galaxy S7 edge has a bit superior processing unit than Moto G7 Power, because although it has less CPU cores , it also counts with more RAM memory. Galaxy S7 edge features a better looking screen than Moto G7 Power, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher pixels count per screen inch and a much higher resolution of 1440 x 2560.

Samsung Galaxy S7 edge shoots a little bit better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto G7 Power, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 video quality and a camera in the back with a 12 MP resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge also has a larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a bigger aperture.

The Moto G7 Power features a quite bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Galaxy S7 edge, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal memory, the Moto G7 Power also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Motorola Moto G7 Power features a superior battery duration than Galaxy S7 edge, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy S7 edge is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Moto G7 Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G7 Power. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Moto G7 Power, resigning some features and specifications.
