The Xperia 10 III has a general score of 83.7, which is better than Motorola Moto G7 Power's 72.6 overall score. Xperia 10 III is a much newer cellphone, and it's also somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Motorola Moto G7 Power. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Xperia 10 III has the older 11 version and Motorola Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie.
