The Xiaomi 12T Pro is slightly better than the Moto G7 Power, with a 76.9 score against 72.6. These phones use Android OS, but the Xiaomi 12T Pro has 12 version while Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version. Xiaomi 12T Pro's construction is much newer and just a bit thinner than the Moto G7 Power's, but it is a little heavier.
