The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a general score of 76, which is a bit better than Moto G7 Power's score of 72.6. Both phones in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has the previous 6.0 Marshmallow version while Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version. Xiaomi Mi Note 2's design is thinner and somewhat lighter than Moto G7 Power, even though it was released many years before.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a bit superior CPU than Moto G7 Power, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM memory. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a bit more vivid display than Moto G7 Power, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1080 x 1920px and more pixels per display inch.
Moto G7 Power captures a bit better photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, although it has a lower 3840x2160 video resolution, a tinier sensor giving a lower image quality and a back-facing camera with a lot lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, they both have the same camera aperture. The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has just a bit more memory for applications and games than Motorola Moto G7 Power, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory capacity.
The Moto G7 Power counts with longer battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi Note 2 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Moto G7 Power, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G7 Power. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G7 Power, giving up a couple features and specs.
