Comparison review
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is just a bit better than Moto G7 Power, getting a 76.6 score against 72.6. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9's construction is newer and a little thinner, but a bit heavier than the Moto G7 Power. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has an older 10 version and Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a slightly better looking screen than Moto G7 Power, because it has a higher pixel quantity per inch of display, a quite larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Moto G7 Power. Both have 8 processing cores and 3 GB of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has a little bit better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Moto G7 Power, because although it has a slot for external memory cards that allows 384 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 counts with a better camera than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate and the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a lot better 48 MP resolution camera, a bigger camera aperture and a much larger back-facing camera sensor which gives a way better photo and video quality.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and Motorola Moto G7 Power both count with quite similar battery durations, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 also has a 5020mAh battery capacity.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G7 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G7 Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G7 Power, giving up a couple features and specs.
