Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is much better than the Moto G7 Power, having an 81.1 score against 72.6. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has older 10 version while Moto G7 Power has Android 9.0 Pie version. Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro's construction is newer and a bit thinner, but also just a little heavier than the Moto G7 Power.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a little sharper screen than Motorola Moto G7 Power, because it has a little bigger display, a much better 1080 x 2400 resolution and more pixels per inch in the screen. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has just a bit better processing power than Motorola Moto G7 Power, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has 3 GB more RAM.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro features a quite bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G7 Power, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 512 GB, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has 64 GB internal storage. The Moto G7 Power and the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro count with quite similar battery durations, although the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a 0% bigger battery size.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro has a much better camera than Motorola Moto G7 Power, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro also has a much larger back-facing camera sensor providing a way better image quality, a much higher resolution back facing camera and a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in poorly lited environments.
Although Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G7 Power, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G7 Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G7 Power, giving up a couple features and specs.
