The Google Pixel has an overall score of 80.2, which is just a bit better than Moto G7's global score of 75.2. The Google Pixel is a much older and a bit thicker phone than the Moto G7, but Google was able to build it somewhat lighter anyway. The Google Pixel features a processing unit that's very similar to the Moto G7 one, and although the Google Pixel has 4 less processing cores , they both have 4 GB of RAM.
The Google Pixel features a slightly better looking screen than Moto G7, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit greater screen pixel density. The Google Pixel captures slightly better photographs and videos than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Google Pixel also counts with a more mega-pixels camera in the back.
The Motorola Moto G7 has a greater storage for games and applications than Google Pixel, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB. Moto G7 features a bit better battery performance than Google Pixel, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Google Pixel is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola Moto G7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Motorola Moto G7, letting go some features and specifications.
