Comparison review
HTC One M9 has a general score of 77.7, which is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7's 75.2 score. Even though the HTC One M9 is extremely older and somewhat thicker than Motorola Moto G7, it's construction is still a bit lighter. Both devices in this comparison include Android operating system, but HTC One M9 has the previous 5.0 version and Motorola Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
HTC One M9 has a brighter display than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a bit lower 1920 x 1080 resolution and a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a little greater quantity of pixels in each inch in the display. The Motorola Moto G7 counts with a lot bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than HTC One M9, because it has 32 GB more internal memory and a SD memory slot that admits up to 512 GB.
HTC One M9 has a quite better processing power than Moto G7, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with an extra graphics processing unit and a 64-bits CPU. The Motorola Moto G7 has a little better battery life than HTC One M9, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity.
HTC One M9 shoots slightly better pictures and videos than Moto G7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the HTC One M9 also counts with a back camera with a much higher resolution.
Although HTC One M9 is a better device, it costs more money than the Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Moto G7. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Moto G7, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
