The HTC U Ultra is a bit better than Moto G7, having a global score of 77 against 75.2. The HTC U Ultra is a just a little lighter device than Moto G7, but both of them are equally thin. HTC U Ultra has a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and more pixels per inch of display.
The HTC U Ultra has a processor that is very similar to the Moto G7 one, and although the HTC U Ultra has a lower number of cores (although faster), they both have 4 GB of RAM memory. The HTC U Ultra takes just a bit better photographs and videos than Moto G7. They have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the same 30 fps video frame rate, a 12 mega-pixels back facing camera and the same camera aperture.
HTC U Ultra has a much greater memory for applications and games than Motorola Moto G7, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has an external memory slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Moto G7 and the HTC U Ultra feature incredibly similar battery performance.
Although HTC U Ultra is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Moto G7. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the HTC U Ultra, else you can save some money and get the Moto G7, letting go some specs and features.
