Comparison review
Huawei P30 Lite is just a bit better than the Moto G7, with a 77 score against 75.2. The Huawei P30 Lite construction is just a bit thinner and just a little lighter than Moto G7, even when both were released only 2 months apart. Both phones in this review work with the same Android 9.0 Pie operating system.
The Huawei P30 Lite has a little better performance than Moto G7. Both have 4 GB of RAM and 8 CPU cores. Huawei P30 Lite features a little sharper screen than Moto G7, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Huawei P30 Lite also has a bit higher 1080 x 2312 resolution and a just a little higher screen density.
Moto G7 counts with a slightly better camera than Huawei P30 Lite, because although it has a much lower 12 MP resolution back-facing camera, and they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Moto G7 also counts with a way higher 3840x2160 video quality. The Huawei P30 Lite features much more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Moto G7, and although they both have a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB, the Huawei P30 Lite also has 64 GB more internal storage.
Huawei P30 Lite counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than Moto G7, because it has an 11 percent larger battery size.
Although Huawei P30 Lite is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Moto G7. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei P30 Lite, else you can save some money and buy the Moto G7, letting go some features and specs.
