The Huawei P40 Pro is much better than the Moto G7, having an 88.2 score against 75.2. The Huawei P40 Pro construction is newer than the Moto G7's, but it is thicker and heavier. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android OS, but Huawei P40 Pro has older 10 version while Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie.
Huawei P40 Pro has a bit superior processor than Moto G7, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P40 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a bit sharper screen than Moto G7, because it has a little higher pixels density, a little larger display and a quite better 1200 x 2640 resolution.
The Moto G7 features a bigger memory to install games and applications than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that admits up to 512 GB. Huawei P40 Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G7, because it has a 40 percent larger battery capacity.
The Huawei P40 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than Moto G7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for low-light captures and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a camera in the back with much more mega pixels and better video frame rates.
