Comparison review

The LG G5 is slightly better than Moto G7, getting a score of 76.1 against 75.2. Both devices in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but the LG G5 has the older 8.0 Oreo version while Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie. The LG G5 body is just a little lighter and a little thinner than the Moto G7, even though it was released many years before.

LG G5 features a bit more vivid screen than Moto G7, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per display inch and a better 1440 x 2560px resolution. The LG G5 features a bit superior processor than Motorola Moto G7, although it has 4 lesser CPU cores (although they are faster), they both have the same RAM memory amount.

The LG G5 has a slightly better camera than Moto G7, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the same video quality and a same size camera aperture, the LG G5 also has a camera with much more mega pixels. LG G5 features a little bit better memory capacity for apps and games than Moto G7, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Moto G7 has just a little better battery life than LG G5, because it has a 7% more battery capacity.

Although LG G5 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G7. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the Moto G7, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
