Comparison review
Moto G31 is a little bit better than the Moto G7, with a 77 score against 75.2. The Moto G31 is a notably newer cellphone than the Moto G7, although it's just a little heavier and a little bit thicker. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but Moto G31 has the older 11 version while Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie version.
Motorola Moto G31 features a bit more vivid screen than Moto G7, because it has a bit better pixels amount in each inch of screen, a bit bigger screen and a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2400. Motorola Moto G31 has a little faster processor than Motorola Moto G7. Both of them have 8 CPU cores and a 4 GB RAM.
The Moto G31 features a much better camera than Moto G7, and although they both have the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and a same size aperture, the Moto G31 also has a much more megapixels back facing camera.
