These devices come with Android OS, but the Motorola One Hyper has 11 version while Motorola Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie version.

Motorola One Hyper counts with a display that's just as good as the display in Motorola Moto G7, because although the Motorola One Hyper has a little bit worse pixel density, it also counts with a quite bigger screen and a slightly better 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution. Motorola One Hyper features a much greater memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Moto G7, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.

The Motorola One Hyper shoots way better videos and photos than Moto G7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Motorola One Hyper also counts with a much higher resolution back facing camera.

Although Motorola One Hyper is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto G7. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get Motorola Moto G7, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your money.
