Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy A42 has an overall score of 87, which is better than the Moto G7's 75.2 general score. Although Samsung Galaxy A42 is newer than Moto G7, it is just a little thicker and somewhat heavier. Both phones in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Samsung Galaxy A42 has the previous 11 version and Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie.
The Motorola Moto G7 features a brighter screen than Galaxy A42, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a much higher 1080 x 2270px resolution and much more pixels per inch of display. Galaxy A42 features a little bit better performance than Moto G7. They have 4 GB of RAM memory and the same number of cores.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 has a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Moto G7, because it has 64 GB more internal memory and a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1000 GB. The Galaxy A42 features a better camera than Motorola Moto G7, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the same video frame rate and a same size camera aperture, the Galaxy A42 also has a much higher resolution camera.
Galaxy A42 features a much better battery performance than Moto G7, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
