Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is much better than Moto G7's 75.2 score. Both phones in this comparison review work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has older 13 version while Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G construction is newer, but thicker and extremely heavier than the Moto G7.
