Galaxy S9 is better than the Moto G7, with a general score of 83.3 against 75.2. The Galaxy S9 is an older and just a bit thicker cellphone than Moto G7, but Samsung was able to make it a bit lighter anyway. The Galaxy S9 counts with a bit better processor than Motorola Moto G7. They have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.
The Galaxy S9 features a sharper screen than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2960px. Motorola Moto G7 features a bit more memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S9, and although they both have equal internal memory capacity, the Motorola Moto G7 also has an external memory card slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB.
The Galaxy S9 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Moto G7, and although they both have a 12 MP camera in the back and the same video quality, the Galaxy S9 also has a bigger aperture and better video frame rates. Samsung Galaxy S9's battery life is just as good as the Moto G7 one.
