Comparison review

The Xperia XA2 Plus has an overall score of 78.6, which is just a bit better than Moto G7's 75.2 score. Both phones in this comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia XA2 Plus has the older 8.0 Oreo version and Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie. Despite being the best we compare here, the Xperia XA2 Plus is a heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Moto G7.

Sony Xperia XA2 Plus has a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Moto G7, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Sony Xperia XA2 Plus also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Xperia XA2 Plus counts with a slightly better screen than Motorola Moto G7, although it has a little worse pixel count in each display inch, a little smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 2160 resolution.

Xperia XA2 Plus shoots clearer photographs and videos than Moto G7, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Xperia XA2 Plus also counts with a lot more mega-pixels back camera. Moto G7 features just a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Sony Xperia XA2 Plus, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Moto G7 also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 512 GB.

Xperia XA2 Plus has improved battery lifetime than Motorola Moto G7, because it has a 3580mAh battery size instead of 3000mAh.
