Xiaomi Mi 6 has a global score of 76.5, which is just a bit better than the Moto G7's 75.2 overall score. Despite of the fact that the Xiaomi Mi 6 is older than the Moto G7, it's construction is just a little thinner and a bit lighter. Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a little bit worse 1080 x 1920 resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch in the display.
Motorola Moto G7 features more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 6, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 6 has just a little better hardware performance than Motorola Moto G7, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 6 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 6 counts with a slightly better camera than Moto G7. They have a same size aperture, a 12 mega-pixels back-facing camera, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same 30 fps video frame rate. The Xiaomi Mi 6 has a little better battery duration than Moto G7, because it has a 12 percent more battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi 6 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola Moto G7. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get the Motorola Moto G7, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
