Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is slightly better than Motorola Moto G7, getting a score of 81.2 against 75.2. Despite of the fact the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is older and just a little bit heavier than the Motorola Moto G7, it's design is still a little thinner. The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Moto G7, although it has a bit smaller screen, a just a little lower screen pixels density and a little worse 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.
Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 has a little faster processor than Moto G7, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 also has more RAM. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a better storage for games and applications than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with just a bit longer battery lifetime than Moto G7, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity. Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 counts with a little bit better camera than Moto G7, although it has a tinier aperture, they both have a same resolution camera in the back, the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates.
Although Xiaomi Mi MIX 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Moto G7. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Xiaomi Mi MIX 2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G7, resigning some features and specifications.
