Moto G8 Plus is just a bit better than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, with a score of 77.6 against 76.2. Although Moto G8 Plus is extremely newer than the Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, it is thicker and just a bit heavier. The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a little bit better display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 1920 and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a bit greater pixel quantity per inch in the screen.
Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom has a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Moto G8 Plus, because it has a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 1,95 TB and 128 GB internal memory capacity. Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom's processing unit is very similar to the CPU in Moto G8 Plus, they have a Octa-Core CPU and 4 GB of RAM.
The Motorola Moto G8 Plus shoots much better photographs and videos than Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates, the same (4K) video quality and a same size camera aperture, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a way bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera with much more megapixels.
The Asus ZenFone 3 Zoom features greater battery duration than Moto G8 Plus, because it has a 25 percent greater battery size.
