Google Pixel 4 XL is a bit better than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, with an 82.9 score against 77.6. Although the Google Pixel 4 XL and the Motorola Moto G8 Plus were released with only a couple of months difference, Google Pixel 4 XL's construction is just a little heavier but also thinner than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus.
Google Pixel 4 XL features a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Google Pixel 4 XL has a little sharper display than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have a same size display, the Google Pixel 4 XL also has more pixels per display inch and a better resolution of 1440 x 3040px.
The Motorola Moto G8 Plus counts with a superior camera than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a same size aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a much bigger sensor capturing way better quality photos and videos and a camera with lot more megapixels.
Moto G8 Plus has a much greater memory for apps and games than Google Pixel 4 XL, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Moto G8 Plus also has an external memory card slot that holds up to 512 GB. Moto G8 Plus has a bit longer battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4 XL, because it has an 8 percent larger battery size.
