Huawei Mate 20 is slightly better than Moto G8 Plus, getting a 79.5 score against 77.6. The Huawei Mate 20 design weights the same than Moto G8 Plus, but it's just a bit thinner. Huawei Mate 20 features just a bit better screen than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a just a little worse pixel density and a little lower resolution of 1080 x 2244 pixels, it also counts with a little bit bigger screen.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a bit better processing power than Moto G8 Plus. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and a 4 GB RAM memory. Moto G8 Plus has a bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Huawei Mate 20, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB.
The Moto G8 Plus counts with a better camera than Huawei Mate 20, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Moto G8 Plus also has a lot higher resolution back camera, a bigger aperture to take better low light images and videos and a bigger back camera sensor.
The Huawei Mate 20 features a battery performance that's very similar to the battery performance in Motorola Moto G8 Plus.
