Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is just a bit better than Moto G8 Plus, having an 82.9 score against 77.6. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro design is a bit thinner than Moto G8 Plus, although it's a bit heavier and was released about a year before. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a bit better screen than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because it has a better amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a better 1440 x 3120px resolution and a little bit larger display.
The Motorola Moto G8 Plus has a bigger memory capacity to install games and applications than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro counts with a bit superior processing unit than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a little longer battery life than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because it has a 4200mAh battery capacity. Moto G8 Plus and Huawei Mate 20 Pro feature very similar cameras, because although the Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a camera with a lower 40 megapixels resolution, a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low light photography and video and a lower video resolution, it also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.
