Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a score of 86.4, which is much better than Moto G8 Plus's general score of 77.6. The Huawei P40 construction is a bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the Moto G8 Plus, although both were only released with a few months difference. Huawei P40 has a bit sharper screen than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340px and a little bit higher amount of pixels in each inch of screen.
Huawei P40 features just a bit better processing power than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei P40 also has more RAM. The Huawei P40 counts with a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 also counts with a way larger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, faster video frame rate and a better resolution camera in the back.
Moto G8 Plus has a quite bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei P40, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola Moto G8 Plus has a little better battery lifetime than Huawei P40, because it has a 5% more battery size.
