The LG V40 ThinQ has a score of 81.2, which is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus's general score of 77.6. The LG V40 ThinQ design is thinner and somewhat lighter than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, despite of the fact that it was released around a year before. LG V40 ThinQ counts with a little bit better screen than Moto G8 Plus, because it has a higher 1440 x 3120px resolution, a little larger screen and more pixels per screen inch.
LG V40 ThinQ counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the LG V40 ThinQ also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a much better storage for applications and games than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the LG V40 ThinQ also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The Moto G8 Plus shoots much better photos and videos than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has lower video frame rates and a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video resolution, the Moto G8 Plus also counts with a camera in the back with way more mega-pixels and a much larger sensor shooting way better quality videos and photos.
Moto G8 Plus features better battery life than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 4000mAh battery capacity.
