Comparison review
LG Velvet is much better than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, having an 87.1 score against 77.6. Although the LG Velvet and the Motorola Moto G8 Plus were released only 7 months apart, the LG Velvet is just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner. LG Velvet counts with a slightly better looking display than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite lower display density, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460px and a bit bigger screen.
The LG Velvet features much more memory for games and applications than Moto G8 Plus, because it has 128 GB internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG Velvet has a little faster processing unit than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the LG Velvet also has more RAM memory.
Moto G8 Plus has a slightly better camera than LG Velvet, and although they both have the same resolution back camera, the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a 0.5 inches sensor and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Moto G8 Plus also has a larger aperture to capture better low light photography and videos.
The LG Velvet counts with a little longer battery life than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, because it has a 4300mAh battery capacity.
