Even though Motorola Moto G8 Plus and the OnePlus 8 Pro were only released 6 months apart, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus design is a little thicker but also just a little lighter. The OnePlus 8 Pro features a bit better processing power than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the OnePlus 8 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM.
OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a way better looking screen than Moto G8 Plus, because it has a higher 1440 x 3168 resolution, a little larger display and a greater screen pixels density. The OnePlus 8 Pro captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for low light captures and video, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a back-facing camera with a 48 MP, the OnePlus 8 Pro also counts with better video frame rates and a way larger sensor.
