Samsung Galaxy A30 is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, getting a general score of 79.6 against 77.6. The Samsung Galaxy A30 is a lighter and thinner phone than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, even though both of them were released only 8 months apart. Motorola Moto G8 Plus features a little better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy A30. Both have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM.

The Galaxy A30 and Motorola Moto G8 Plus feature similar displays, although the Galaxy A30 also has a little bit higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a little larger screen and a just a little greater pixels count in each screen inch. Motorola Moto G8 Plus and Galaxy A30 count with really similar storage for games and applications, both of them have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB and the same 64 GB internal storage.
