Galaxy Fold is much better than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, having a 97.6 score against 77.6. Even though the Galaxy Fold and the Motorola Moto G8 Plus were released with only 1 months difference, the Galaxy Fold design is much thinner but heavier. The Motorola Moto G8 Plus and the Galaxy Fold feature very similar screens, because although the Galaxy Fold has a just a bit worse display pixel density, it also counts with a quite better 1536 x 2152px resolution and a bigger screen.
Samsung Galaxy Fold has a superior storage to install applications and games than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has no slot for SD memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. The Galaxy Fold features a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Fold also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Galaxy Fold has a bit longer battery lifetime than Moto G8 Plus, because it has a 10% more battery size. Motorola Moto G8 Plus captures much clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for low light photography and videos and slower 30 fps video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also counts with a lot more megapixels camera in the back and a lot bigger camera sensor which provides a way higher image and video quality.
