Galaxy M30 has a general score of 82.4, which is a little bit better than Motorola Moto G8 Plus's 77.6 global score. Although the Galaxy M30 and the Motorola Moto G8 Plus were released with only a couple of months difference, the Galaxy M30 is just a little bit lighter and a little thinner. Samsung Galaxy M30 features a screen that is very similar to the Moto G8 Plus one, because although the Samsung Galaxy M30 has a little bit lower display density, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2280px, it also counts with a little bit larger display.
Motorola Moto G8 Plus counts with a bit better processing power than Galaxy M30, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The Galaxy M30 has a much better memory to store more games and applications than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that allows up to 512 GB, the Galaxy M30 also has 64 GB more internal storage.
The Moto G8 Plus counts with a greater camera than Samsung Galaxy M30, because it has a bigger camera aperture, a much bigger camera sensor capturing much better quality videos and photos, a lot better (4K) video definition and a lot better 48 mega pixels resolution back facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy M30 features longer battery duration than Moto G8 Plus, because it has a 25 percent more battery size.
