Comparison review

Xperia XZ Premium is slightly better than the Motorola Moto G8 Plus, having a score of 79.8 against 77.6. Despite of the fact the Xperia XZ Premium is incredibly older and a little bit heavier than Motorola Moto G8 Plus, it's construction is still somewhat thinner. Sony Xperia XZ Premium features just a bit better hardware performance than Moto G8 Plus. Both of them have a Octa-Core processor and a 4 GB RAM.

Xperia XZ Premium has a much better display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot more pixels per inch of screen and a lot better 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution. Moto G8 Plus features a much better camera than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Moto G8 Plus also has a bigger aperture, a larger back-facing camera sensor taking higher quality photographs and a back camera with a much better 48 MP resolution.

Moto G8 Plus has slightly more storage to store more games and applications than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Moto G8 Plus also has a SD extension slot that holds a maximum of 512 GB. The Moto G8 Plus features longer battery performance than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, because it has a 24% more battery size.
