Comparison review
The Xperia XZ2 Premium is a little bit better than Moto G8 Plus, having a overall score of 82.2 against 77.6. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison, Xperia XZ2 Premium's construction is older, incredibly thicker and notably heavier than Moto G8 Plus. The Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium has a lot better looking display than Moto G8 Plus, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher 2160 x 3840 resolution and a much better display density.
The Motorola Moto G8 Plus features a bit more storage capacity for apps and games than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a SD card slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Xperia XZ2 Premium has a bit superior processing unit than Moto G8 Plus, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Xperia XZ2 Premium also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Motorola Moto G8 Plus shoots much better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Moto G8 Plus also has a lot more MP back facing camera, a larger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a larger aperture.
Moto G8 Plus has just a bit better battery performance than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
