The Google Pixel 4 XL counts with a bit better camera than Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a lot worse resolution back facing camera, it also counts with a lot higher video quality and a bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and video.
The Google Pixel 4 XL costs a lot more than the Moto G8 Power Lite, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
