The Google Pixel 4a is better than Moto G8 Power Lite, having an 82.9 score against 74.3. The Google Pixel 4a design is a lot lighter and somewhat thinner than the Moto G8 Power Lite, even though both were released only 4 months apart. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Google Pixel 4a has 11 version while Moto G8 Power Lite has Android 9.0 Pie.

Google Pixel 4a has a much better display than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher 1080 x 2340 resolution and a much higher pixels count per screen inch.
