Huawei Mate 8 is a bit better than the Moto G8 Power Lite, getting a overall score of 77.4 against 74.3. The Huawei Mate 8 is an much older device than the Moto G8 Power Lite, but it is thinner and a bit lighter anyway. Huawei Mate 8 has a little sharper display than Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen pixels density and a better 1080 x 1920px resolution.

Huawei Mate 8 counts with more memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Moto G8 Power Lite, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that supports a maximum of 128 GB against 256 GB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate 8 has a processing unit that's just as good as the processor in Moto G8 Power Lite, both have 8 cores and a 4 GB RAM memory.

The Huawei Mate 8 features just a bit better camera than Moto G8 Power Lite, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same resolution back camera and the same video definition, the Huawei Mate 8 also has faster 60 frames per second video frame rates. The Moto G8 Power Lite counts with better battery life than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 25% larger battery capacity.

Although Huawei Mate 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Moto G8 Power Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G8 Power Lite. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate 8, otherwise you can save some money and get the Moto G8 Power Lite, letting go some specs and features.
